SMS Opt-In
The District is excited to launch new services that will enhance communication by allowing us to deliver information to you via SMS text messaging. The service is not intended to replace the existing means of communication but rather it will enhance them.
The District will only use the service to provide information that is timely and relevant.
In order to participate in the new service, you must indicate your willingness to receive text messages to your phone. The process is simple and only takes a few seconds to complete.
SMS Opt-In Process
Simply text any one of the following words (Subscribe, OptIn, Yes) to the number 67587.
You will know that you are successful if you receive the following reply message:
"You are registered 4 SchoolMessenger notifications. Reply STOP to cancel. HELP for help. Msg&Data rates may apply. Msg freq varies"
You will want to to repeat the Opt-In process for any other wireless numbers that you have on file with the District.
In addition to performing the opt-in process above, you will want to make sure that the District has your wireless number(s) in the Student Information database. If you have not already provided that information, please contact the school office.
